TIMELESS CHOCOLATE

TIMELESS CHOCOLATE opened in 2014 as Okinawa's first chocolate specialty store. In 2021, the Seaside Chocolate Factory store relocated and reopened near Miyagi Coast. Here, in addition to purchasing chocolate, customers can watch the manufacturing process and enjoy chocolate-based drinks and homemade sweets at the attached cafe.
TIMELESS CHOCOLATE uses only two ingredients for its chocolate: cocoa beans and sugarcane. They are also particular about their manufacturing process, employing a "Bean to Bar" method where they handle every step from bean to finished chocolate themselves.
The chocolates produced through a sincere approach to ingredients and chocolate making are exceptional, allowing you to enjoy the unique characteristics of cocoa beans from different regions.
Their signature product is a simple chocolate called "SINGLE ORIGIN TABLET." It comes in four varieties with different cocoa concentrations and origins, and tasting sets are also available. The packaging is stylish, making it a great souvenir. It can be purchased in-store or online.

Brown sugar creamy rich custard Chatan's salted pudding

"Chatan's Salted Pudding with Rich, Creamy Brown Sugar Custard" is a luxurious adult pudding available only at Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort. It was created with the hope that "after returning home, you can reminisce about your trip while savoring this sweet treat packed with the charm of Okinawa."
This dessert uses carefully selected local ingredients, including "Chatan salt" made from seawater off the coast of Chatan, sugarcane harvested on Iheya Island, and free-range eggs from Miyagi Farm. Beneath the rich pudding lies a smooth brown sugar sauce. The perfect balance of sweetness, bitterness, and saltiness creates an elegant flavor that adults will appreciate.

Chatan's salted pudding can be purchased at "mahru," the lobby lounge on the 3rd floor of the Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort, where you can eat in or take out. This original product, available only here, is perfect as a premium souvenir that you won't see everyone else buying.

Sannin's Poem

Sannin no Shi is an original cake sold at "Entremet," a long-established cake shop beloved by local residents. In 1994, it won the gold medal at the 22nd National Confectionery Exhibition.

Sannin is the Okinawan name for the plant called Getto (Alpinia zerumbet). It is characterized by its refreshing, ginger-like scent.
Sannin, considered a plant that wards off evil spirits, is a familiar plant to the people of Okinawa. It is planted in gardens and other places, and there is a custom of wrapping mochi (rice cakes) in sannin leaves and steaming them to eat, called "mochi." "Sannin no Uta" is a confection made using the extract of this familiar sannin.
Opening the package, which resembles a sannin leaf, reveals a small, greenish, castella-like cake inside. The refreshing aroma of sannin fills your mouth as you take a bite. It's a sweet treat that adults can enjoy as well.
