Many people probably think, "It seems intimidating and difficult to enter..."

The store we're introducing today is "T Galleria Okinawa by DFS," a street-level duty-free shop that you can easily stop by even while traveling within Japan.
I'll be revealing my top picks for recommended shops and areas, based on my own personal visits and experiences (I'm a woman in my early twenties)!

1. What kind of place is T Galleria Okinawa by DFS?

T Galleria Okinawa by DFS is a street-level duty-free shop directly connected to Omoromachi Station on the Okinawa Yui Rail.
It's a complex that houses approximately 130 world-famous brand stores, as well as Okinawan souvenir shops and restaurants.
The brand offers a wide range of price points and target demographics, so many different people can enjoy shopping there.
(※When I actually went to the location for the interview, it was in the evening on a weekday, so it was quite uncrowded.)

Let's start with the cosmetics section!
We've carefully selected products from "L'OCCITANE," famous for its hand creams, and "PAUL & JOE," which is extremely popular among young women!

L'OCCITANE

Founded in 1976, this skincare brand originated in Provence, in the South of France.
Made with plant-based ingredients and committed to organic practices, this hand cream is loved by women all over the world.

Upon entering the store, the first thing that caught my eye was the best-selling items.
You can find limited-edition rose perfumes and classic hand creams, among other items.

Now, let's introduce some items that are popular as souvenirs!
First of all, the travel set pictured is apparently very popular as a souvenir.
It's easy to use because it contains a little bit of various skincare products!

This is a limited edition item that can only be purchased at DFS.
This includes a set of five standard, limited-edition hand creams, as well as hand creams with cute packaging.
It would be great to buy it for yourself, or it would make a lovely souvenir!

This is a hand cream available only at duty-free shops.
The packaging was so cute, I couldn't resist taking a picture!

PAUL & JOE

A cosmetics brand from France.
It is characterized by a lively and glamorous image, like that of a Parisian woman.
With its cute design, it's popular mainly among people in their 20s and early 30s.

This is a collaboration product between "PAUL&JOE" and "LOONIE TUNES" and "TOM and JERRY".
You can choose from 2-3 different pop-designed interchangeable cases.
This design is sure to lift your spirits just by owning it!

2-2. Watches & Accessories Section

I was given a tour of the watch area!

This time, we're focusing on an area where popular brands among young people have gathered.
Fashion watch brands such as "Swatch," "CITIZEN," and "Daniel Wellington" are on display.

In addition, watchmaker brands such as IWC and Hublot are also represented! (There are over 30 brands in the entire watch area.)

As it's a popular area, there were many tourists there on this day as well.

A British luxury brand that celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2016.
In addition to our main product, shoes, we also carry bags, wallets, and other items.

First, let me introduce our main product: shoes.
Sneakers with star studs, polka dots, and glitter are all so stylish!
These comfortable and cute sneakers are apparently one of their most popular items.

Next up, we'll introduce bags.
The star studs covering the entire bag give it an edgy design.
There's a wide variety of colors available, so it's a good idea to choose one that matches your existing wardrobe.

This wallet has the same design. Many celebrities also use this one.

An American-style brand founded in 2004.
Our motto is a "retro and cute" style from the 1960s and 1970s.

Here are our new products for this fall.
A wide variety of bags with simple, timeless designs are on display.
A wide variety of colors are available, including easy-to-use black and autumnal moss green.

The shoes on display range from classic styles to new autumn releases.

These heels come in a lovely vibrant orange and blue.
The ribbon in the center is a nice accent, too.

COACH

A long-established brand founded in New York in 1941.

This is a bag with a design exclusive to DFS.
Its stylish design and autumnal colors make it very popular among young women.

3. More than just shops! The extensive facilities at T Galleria Okinawa by DFS

3-1. Picking up the rental car

Believe it or not, you can even rent a car at T Galleria Okinawa by DFS!
The participating companies are ORIX Rent-a-Car Okinawa, OTS Rent-a-Car, Nissan Rent-a-Car Okinawa, Nippon Rent-a-Car, CarSol, SKY Rent-a-Car, and TOYOTA Rent-a-Car—a total of seven companies.
It looks like you won't have to worry about your car after you've done your shopping.

3-2. Restaurant

There is a restaurant called "Pine Tree Bless" on the 3rd floor of our building.
The concept is "a place where stylish adults gather," and you can enjoy high-quality cuisine for both lunch and dinner!

3-3. Souvenir Shop

T Galleria Okinawa by DFS 1F also has a spacious souvenir area.
You can purchase classic Okinawan souvenirs like purple sweet potato tarts, as well as Godiva chocolates exclusive to DFS!
Incidentally, souvenirs are not subject to tax exemption, so you can take them home with you on the spot.
