1. Just 11 minutes from Naha Airport! 'Soba Restaurant Takaraya' boasts excellent access.
Soba restaurant Takaraya is conveniently located, just an 11-minute drive or a 30-minute walk from Naha Airport.
They even have a second parking lot, so it's easy to go there for a meal even if you're traveling by rental car.

It's nice to be able to enjoy delicious Okinawan soba at the beginning of your trip to Okinawa or before you leave.
The store's sign is difficult to see from the prefectural road, so we recommend using a navigation system.
2. Soba restaurant Takaraya was full immediately after opening.

When I went to Sobadokoro Takaraya right after they opened at 11:00 AM, there were already several customers inside, which showed just how popular the restaurant is.
The restaurant has about four tables that seat four people, about five tables that seat six people, and counter seating is also available. It's a convenient place for everyone from solo diners to families.
Despite having a considerable number of seats, it filled up very quickly.
The "recommended way to eat" and "secrets to the deliciousness of the broth" placed on each table convey the owner's dedication to quality.

The menu at "Soba-dokoro Takaraya" uses no chemical seasonings! It's a body-friendly Okinawan soba made with alkaline ionized water.
Their signature dish, "Soft Bone Pork Rib Soba," comes in two sizes, large and small, and even the large size is quite reasonably priced at 750 yen!
You can choose from a wide variety of dishes, including rice dishes, side dishes, desserts, and set meals.
The fact that you can choose between firm, chewy noodles and springy, springy noodles, depending on your preference, is another great point.

When you think of "Soba-dokoro Takaraya," you think of soft bone pork rib soba!
A superb original soup that allows you to fully enjoy the flavors of both pork and chicken broth!
The rich, flavorful yet light taste can only be found at Sobadokoro Takaraya.
The cartilage is simmered until it's incredibly tender and melts in your mouth.

It's rare to find pork cartilage so tender and jiggly like this, and even as a resident of Okinawa, I was surprised.
It's clear that it was simmered slowly and carefully.
My wife, who is also from Okinawa Prefecture, was very impressed by the light flavor of the soup.
Recently, with the rise of rich and heavy-flavored Okinawan soba restaurants, it's nice to find a place that still offers a lighter, more refined version.
For those who want to further refine their flavor, we also offer a wide selection of condiments on the table.

From left to right: mugwort, fresh ginger, and seasoned minced meat.
While Okinawan soba is typically served with pickled ginger, Takaraya Soba Restaurant offers fresh ginger instead.
Apparently, fresh ginger goes well with light-flavored broths.
4. Soba restaurant Takaraya offers nationwide delivery.
You might want to eat Okinawan soba, but it can be difficult to travel these days.
Even in such situations, Takaraya Soba Restaurant offers nationwide delivery!
You can enjoy the Okinawan soba noodles, a specialty of the shop owner, in the comfort of your own home.
"Don't Okinawan soba noodles that are sold online inevitably lose some of their flavor?"
I had thought so, but I was surprised when I saw the following sentence on the website...
Takaraya Soba Restaurant has implemented a full refund policy.
The fact that they offer a refund if the food isn't tasty shows the manager's confidence.
