The Bise Fukugi Tree-lined Street is a popular tourist spot in the northern area.
In this quiet village surrounded by Fukugi trees, you can take a leisurely stroll, have tea at a cafe, and escape the hustle and bustle to experience something out of the ordinary.
I heard that a rental villa had opened in the Bise Fukugi tree-lined street, so I went to check it out right away!
"Tabi no Teitaku," a rental villa style accommodation that ensures privacy, was the ideal place to stay, offering a different experience from a hotel and allowing you to relax as if you were at home!
It's highly recommended for large groups, such as family trips or girls' getaways, where you can have a fun and lively stay together.

1. Ideal location
Stepping out of the rental villa, you are greeted by the Bise Fukugi tree-lined street.
The best thing about "Tabi no Teitaku," which we visited this time, is its ideal location, situated right in the heart of the popular tourist spot, the Bise Fukugi Tree-lined Street.
This quiet, green-filled space is unique to the northern area of Okinawa, which boasts abundant nature. The sea is great, but the greenery is great too! You can discover the charm of Okinawa in this way.
2. Floor plan of the rental villa
The rental villas are divided into two sections, one on the right and one on the left side of the building, and are limited to two groups per day.
The front door uses a number key system, and once you make a reservation, the hotel will send you the password via email. It's a completely private space where you can check in without meeting anyone!
The first floor has a bedroom and bathroom. There are two twin rooms, each with two spacious beds, so it can accommodate up to four people.
With two people sharing one bed, it can accommodate up to eight people, making it ideal for families and groups. Sunlight filters through the Bise Fukugi tree-lined street through the windows, ensuring a pleasant start to your day!
The bathroom is spacious, with a large bathtub and a separate washing area. You can relax in the hot water while enjoying the magnificent view of the Fukugi tree through the extra-large glass windows.
The bathroom features a luxurious two-sided sink. It's great that you can get ready in the morning at your own pace, even when you're with a large group of girls!
Climbing the stairs to the second floor, you're greeted by a spacious living and dining area – it's incredibly exciting!
The homes designed by HOMANN DESIGN, created by designer Mr. Homann, are enveloped in a stylish atmosphere and have an exceptional ambiance.
The spacious kitchen is large enough for a group to cook together and have fun.
Since it's connected to the living and dining area, it looks like it would be fun to cook together while chatting!
3. Provided equipment
"Tabi no Teitaku" provides all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel, including toothbrushes, cotton sets, razors, towels, shampoo, and conditioner.
And a service that you don't often find in hotels is a washing machine and dryer.
You can use laundry detergent for free, and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, and glasses, allowing you to travel as if you were living there!
What made me happy was that the room was equipped with an entertainment set including Othello, playing cards, and a DVD player.
Girls' nights at sleepovers tend to be long.
Imagine everyone gathering in the living room at night, drinking, chatting, playing cards, and squealing with delight while watching a romantic movie we've prepared—it sounds like we'll have a wonderful evening.
4. Recommended ways to spend your time
Our recommended way to enjoy your stay is to come with family or a large group and cook and eat together like you're having a home party. Make the most of the facilities at the rental villa and have a great time!
The living room on the second floor has a terrace where you can enjoy a teppanyaki party using the built-in hot plate.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dishes, so all you need to do is bring the ingredients.
With a wide selection of cute Ryukyu glass cups and wine glasses available, it's perfect for a festive teppanyaki party.
Motobu Town, where the rental villas are located, boasts an abundance of delicious ingredients, including its proud brand of beef called Motobu beef and fresh fish caught in Motobu Port.
Why not buy a variety of ingredients that can only be found in Okinawa at the supermarket and enjoy a Ryukyuan-style dinner?
On clear days, you can see a sky full of stars from the terrace!
This starry sky is unique to the northern area of Okinawa, which is rich in nature and has few streetlights.
5. You can order from the menu of the adjacent cafe.
Unlike hotels, rental villas usually don't have restaurants, but Tabino Teitaku has a cafe called "Tabino Cafe Bise Style" next door.
During cafe hours (10:00 AM to 20:00 PM), you can order from the cafe menu and enjoy your meal in your room.
It's a lifesaver when you're tired from a teppanyaki party the night before and don't feel like making breakfast yourself the next morning.
If you order by phone, they'll prepare it for takeout, so all you have to do is go pick it up when it's ready!
It's nice to be able to relax in your room in your pajamas and have breakfast there, something you can't often do at a hotel!
The breakfast plate includes pork and egg, a small side dish, and soup!
The dishes are beautifully presented and nutritionally balanced. For those who prefer rice, the option to substitute rice balls and sea lettuce soup is a welcome bonus.
This kind of enjoyment is unique to the rental villa "Tabi no Teitaku." Please enjoy a carefree style of travel that you can't experience at a hotel!
I actually had lunch at the cafe! If you're interested, please check out the article below.

6. Conclusion
Staying at the Bise Fukugi Tree-lined Street means you can rent a bicycle, ride a water buffalo cart, visit a stylish cafe, and enjoy yourself to the fullest without worrying about the time!
Staying surrounded by Fukugi trees, known as the "tree of happiness," is sure to bring you good fortune!
