The Okinawa Saihakken NEXT campaign offers discounts on travel expenses and regional coupons to residents of Japan .

The eligible period is for stays from May 8, 2023 (Monday) to July 20, 2023 (Thursday) (check-out on July 21).

When purchasing and using products sold by companies participating in this project, all users must present their original identification documents at the time of use.

Discount rules for travel expenses

A 20% discount on travel and accommodation costs for travel packages costing 3,000 yen or more per person per night on weekdays, and 2,000 yen or more per person per night on weekends.However, there is a maximum limit depending on the type of product you use.

① Travel package including transportation: 5,000 yen (airfare + accommodation, etc.)
② For tours other than those including transportation: 3,000 yen (accommodation only, day trips)

There are two ways to apply the discount:
1,After booking directly with the hotel, register as a member on StayNavi and then issue a coupon.
2. When using a travel agency or OTA (online travel agency such as Rakuten Travel or Jalan.net), discounts will be applied through the respective services.

In short, StayNavi registration is required for direct hotel bookings, but not for bookings made through other means.

Regional coupon

Regional coupons received upon check-in at accommodation facilities*.
You will receive a 2,000 yen voucher on weekdays and a 1,000 yen voucher on weekends. The voucher is valid until the day of check-out if you are staying overnight, or until the day of the trip if it is a day trip.
*For day trips, the travel agency will provide the necessary documents.

By the way, a holiday is defined as Saturday or the day before a public holiday. In fact, most Sundays are treated as weekdays.
However, since July 17th, 2023 (Monday) is Marine Day, a national holiday, July 16th (Sunday) will be treated as a holiday.
