Heart Rock on Ikema Island is located on a small beach with beautiful ocean views, about a 40-minute drive from downtown Miyako Island. It gained popularity after being used as a filming location for the NHK serial drama "Jun to Ai".
Because it's located on the grounds of the cafe "Gelato Cafe Ninufa," access to the beach in front of Heart Rock is limited to cafe patrons only.
The combination of the heart-shaped rock and the Ikema Blue sea visible in the background creates a breathtaking view that can only be seen here. Once the heart appears, you can even crawl through the hole to go to the other side!
Just looking at this scenery makes me think, "Maybe I could become happy..."
Sitting on the beach and relaxing while enjoying the scenery is also highly recommended.

After crossing the Ikema Bridge and entering Ikema Island, take the prefectural road.CounterclockwiseLet's continue. As you go, you'll see a cafe on the left side of the road.
