Okinawa Soba Nakijin no Mori | Enjoy a relaxing bowl of soba in a restaurant surrounded by the Yanbaru forest.

Okinawa Soba Nakijin no Mori

Nakijin Village is located exactly halfway between the popular tourist attractions "Churaumi Aquarium" and "Kouri Island." In this place surrounded by the primeval forests of Yanbaru, there is an Okinawan soba restaurant that attracts tourists from all over the world.

The flavor is supported by the owner's dedication. The Okinawan soba, made with a triple broth of chicken, pork, and bonito, is a bowl themed around healing and recharging.
After your meal, be sure to try our homemade, rich brown sugar pudding.
The restaurant, housed in a renovated container house, offers an open and comfortable atmosphere. Enjoying Okinawan soba while gazing at the nature of Yanbaru through the large windows is a truly special experience.
In Okinawa, where the strong sunshine pours down, enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee during your midday break to soothe your fatigue.

Our signature soba noodles – a rich yet refreshing triple broth.

Okinawa Soba Nakijin no Mori
The Okinawa soba at Nakijin no Mori features a special triple broth made with chicken, pork, and bonito.
The first thing you notice when you take a bite is the aroma of bonito. The bonito broth is made by shaving the bonito thickly and simmering it slowly for an hour. The dark meat is also included, which locks in the acidity and is the secret to the rich flavor.

We use firm, chewy Okinawan soba noodles sourced from a long-established local noodle factory.

The topping is salted pork ribs that have been simmered for 8 hours without using a pressure cooker.
The pork ribs are apparently seasoned with salt, ginger, and brown sugar, and simmered to enhance the flavor of the soup.
Finally, lightly grilling the pork ribs adds a nice accent to the flavor.
With just one bite, the aroma of the broth fills your mouth, and when you bring the pork ribs to your mouth, they melt in your mouth, releasing a burst of delicious flavor.

The broth is a blend of soba noodle soup and pork rib broth, making it an excellent match for soba noodles.
