Inside the sushi restaurant

The restaurant has a total of 83 seats, including counter seats typical of a sushi restaurant, as well as comfortable booth seating.

The restaurant has counter seats perfect for solo diners, as well as semi-private booth seating, so families and couples can also enjoy their meal with peace of mind.

Ishigaki Island "Sushi Man"Menu items not on the conveyor belt can be ordered using the touch panel at each seat.

The way the food is served, featuring a model of a Shinkansen (bullet train) when you order via the touch panel, has become a signature feature of Sushijin.

Furthermore, the fact that it features a figure of Ryujin Mabuyer, a tokusatsu (special effects) hero known to everyone in Okinawa, makes it a huge hit with local children.

Incidentally, the touch panel supports English, Chinese, and Korean, so customers from overseas can place orders with peace of mind.Ishigaki Island "Sushi Man"
