Hanshin Tigers Training Camp Overview

Campsite and dates

The Hanshin Tigers' first team practice venue, "Entry Ginoza Stadium," is a little over an hour's drive from Naha Airport.
As of February 3, 2026, construction is underway between the Ishikawa and Kinbu Interchanges, and traffic is limited to one lane. Please be aware of potential traffic congestion if using the expressway.
The second team's practice venue is Gushikawa Baseball Stadium in Uruma City, which is about a 40-minute drive from Ginoza Stadium towards Naha.

The parking lot I used this time was located on the west side of the grounds, south of the roundabout.
It's about a 5-minute walk from this parking lot to the entrance gate (stadium).
Even before entering the stadium, we could hear the players' spirited shouts.

Let's check the training menu.

The day's practice schedule is posted in the aisles of the spectator stands. Apparently, practice is divided into sessions for fielders and pitchers.

Despite it being a weekday, the stadium was filled with many Hanshin Tigers fans. I was surprised to hear Kansai dialect coming from all directions, realizing that people had traveled from far away to cheer them on!
At the stadium, the fielders were practicing their batting, and each time they hit a home run, they were met with applause and cheers. The sound of the ball hitting the bat with a loud "Bang!" is a very satisfying sound.


The pitchers were practicing on the field and in the bullpen.
The sound of the pitcher's blazing fastball piercing the mitt—a loud "smack!"—is incredible.

Fan service points

As the pitchers moved from the field to the bullpen, they were seen signing autographs for fans.


It was heartwarming to hear the children loudly shouting, "Please give us [player's name]'s autograph!"
Getting an autograph depends on when the player moves, but since you can't know when they'll move, all you can do is keep waiting.

The shop I'll introduce later was selling autographed cards and markers.

Well-stocked shop area

On the east side of the stadium, there is an area with stalls selling local food and merchandise.


There are three merchandise shops: one located very close to the stadium and two within the concession area. They sell limited-edition camp goods, such as T-shirts and tote bags created in collaboration with Ginoza Village.




The food stalls are also not to be missed. Among the various camp specialties, I enjoyed the "Ginoza Curry."


The curry is mild and easy for children to eat. The fried chicken is a special recipe from a shop called "Kitchen Manjiro," which has a track record of reaching the finals of the "Japan Fried Chicken Association Karaage Grand Prix 2018."
The fried chicken was absolutely delicious, crispy on the outside and bursting with juicy goodness on the inside.


In addition to bento boxes, camp-related goods are also sold at "Parlor Ginoza," located on the south side of the stadium.

A stage where you might get to meet Kiita

As part of the camp's events, we are also hosting a dance performance by "Kiita and the TigersGirls."
The event will include mini-games for fans to participate in, a talk show featuring former players, and a dance performance by the TigersGirls.
The location is within the shop area.
The event may be canceled depending on the weather, so be sure to check the schedule on the bulletin board next to the stage.

Camping-related events will also be held in Ginoza Village and Uruma City.

In Ginoza Village and Uruma City, where the camp is being held, there are many attractive events taking place to make the experience even more enjoyable.

Collaboration booth with "Sky A" at the Ginowan Camp

A "message board for sending enthusiastic messages of support" has been set up to send messages of encouragement to the players.
Participants who write a message will also have a chance to win signed merchandise from the commentators in a raffle.

The exhibition features signed uniforms and autographs from Hanshin Tigers players, as well as a collection of cover photos.

Spring Training Limited Edition "Hanshin Tigers x Sky A Tote Bag"

At the Gushikawa training camp, we are giving away a limited-edition "Hanshin Tigers x Sky A Tote Bag" to the first 12,000 attendees.
You can pick it up inside the white tent in the shop area.

Various locations in Uruma City

In Uruma City, a digital stamp rally in collaboration with the Hanshin Tigers will be held from February 1st (Sunday) to February 25th (Wednesday).
Scan the QR codes installed in shops throughout Uruma City to collect digital stamps.
Collect three digital stamps to participate in a campaign where you can win original merchandise, signed items, and more.
